Great question. For our urban outdoor furniture, we usually provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, not a blanket “no-worry” guarantee. In practice, that means we cover things like structural failures in metal frames and welds, defects in powder-coated finishes, and workmanship issues in assembly or upholstery stitching for a defined period that depends on the specific collection and material. We confirm the exact term and conditions on the product datasheet and order confirmation, because aluminum, steel, wood, HPL, and performance fabrics do not all carry the same coverage.
What is not covered is equally important: normal wear and tear, color fading from sun exposure, scratches, dents, stains, damage from improper cleaning or chemicals, and misuse or accidental damage. If an item is going into a commercial or high-traffic urban setting, we recommend confirming the commercial warranty terms in writing before ordering. For a valid claim, we typically ask for proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and evidence that care instructions were followed. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion; if the issue falls outside warranty, we can still help with replacement parts and service advice. Our aim is to keep the warranty clear, fair, and practical for city terraces, rooftops, courtyards, and public outdoor spaces.
