Yes, we do. If you are choosing urban outdoor furniture for a whole building, we offer design consultations that look at the project as one connected environment, not a series of isolated purchases.
We start with a discovery call and, if possible, a site review. We will ask about the building type, location, climate, foot traffic, security needs, maintenance capacity, budget, and timeline. From there, we map the key zones: entrances, courtyards, rooftops, terraces, walkways, waiting areas, dining spots, and staff break areas.
Then we develop furniture concepts by zone. That usually includes layout options, material and finish recommendations, durability and weather-resistance guidance, color and style direction, and practical details like anchoring, storage, drainage, and cleaning. We can also help standardize a family of pieces across the building while adjusting scale and function for each space.
You will receive a clear proposal with product options, quantities, lead times, and budget ranges. If needed, we can coordinate with architects, landscape designers, property managers, and contractors, and support ordering, delivery, and installation.
The goal is simple: outdoor furniture that feels cohesive, works hard in real urban conditions, and makes the whole building easier to use. If you send us your building profile and priorities, we can schedule a consultation and recommend the best next step.
