Yes, they do. Our urban outdoor furniture is built for real outdoor living, so most pieces arrive with some level of pre-treatment already applied. Depending on the material, that can mean powder-coated aluminum or steel frames, weather-resistant finishes on wood, UV-stabilized fabrics, and cushions with water-repellent and quick-dry treatments. We also use stainless steel or galvanized hardware to help reduce rust. That said, pre-treated does not mean never needs care. Wood may need re-oiling or sealing once or twice a year, metal can use a quick wipe-down and touch-ups on scratches, and fabric cushions should be cleaned according to their labels. In coastal or snowy climates, covering or storing pieces during extreme weather will help them last longer.
