Most structural frames—powder-coated aluminum or steel—carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The powder-coated finish is covered for 2 years, and cushions, slings, and fabrics are covered for 1 year against defects like stitching failure or a faulty zipper. The warranty applies to normal residential use, not commercial use. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, fading, mildew, stains, scratches, rust from chipped paint, or damage from misuse, extreme weather, or improper cleaning. If you ever need to make a claim, just send your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll review it and, if it’s covered, repair or replace the defective part. It’s not a lifetime, no-questions-asked promise, but it’s solid coverage for well-made urban outdoor furniture.
