First, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for size-related issues. To qualify, the furniture must be in its original condition, unassembled or fully disassembled, and returned in the original packaging. If you have already assembled the item, we still accept it as long as there are no scratches, stains, or structural damage—we just ask that you carefully repack it to avoid transit damage.
Before you return anything, please use our "Fit Check" guide on the product page or contact our support team with your exact wall-to-wall measurements. In many cases, we can suggest a different configuration, a wall-mounting kit, or a smaller version of the same design, saving you the hassle of a full return.
If a return is necessary, we offer two options: a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item, or an instant exchange for another product in our catalog with free shipping both ways. For exchanges, you pay no restocking fee; for refunds, a flat $25 restocking fee applies to cover return shipping and handling.
For urban dwellers with extremely tight spaces (less than 60 square feet of usable area), we offer a "Compact Guarantee"—if the furniture still does not fit after following our measurement video, we will refund 100% of your purchase price plus cover the return shipping cost. This guarantee applies to all items under our "City Series" collection.
One important note: custom-made or special-order pieces (such as built-in benches or oversized sectionals) are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Always double-check the "custom" tag on the product page before ordering.

We recommend scheduling a pickup with our carrier partner—they will come to your door and take the boxed furniture away, so you don't need to haul it yourself.
