We understand that visualizing an outdoor piece in your actual urban space can be tricky—balconies, rooftops, and compact patios have unique dimensions and sightlines. That’s why our return policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while keeping the process simple and transparent.
If your urban outdoor furniture doesn’t fit your space as you imagined, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unassembled or disassembled without damage, and include all original packaging, hardware, and manuals. You do not need to explain why it doesn’t work—a simple “it’s too large” or “the proportions feel off” is enough.
To start a return, contact our customer care team via email or the live chat on our website. Provide your order number and a few photos showing the item in your space. This helps us approve the return faster and often allows us to recommend a better-fitting alternative from our compact or modular collections.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup at no extra cost for standard urban delivery zones. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. If you prefer an exchange, we will waive the restocking fee (normally 10%) and ship the replacement immediately, with free shipping on the new piece.
Please note that custom-made, painted, or heavily used items are not eligible for return. Also, if your furniture was delivered with a white-glove assembly service, that fee is non-refundable, but we will waive it on any exchange order.
For ultra-small spaces, we encourage you to use our free “Fit Check” tool before purchasing—enter your balcony or patio dimensions and see a 3D overlay of the furniture. But if you still miss the mark, our policy has your back. Your comfort and spatial confidence are part of our guarantee, not an afterthought.
