The key is the coating: thermal-bonded powder (cured at 200°C+) creates a thicker, more flexible film than standard oven-cured powder, reducing chipping. Avoid painted-only aluminum in city air—paint alone will peel, but the underlying aluminum still survives. This frame is the most "set and forget" option, requiring zero repainting for 15–20 years.
