When we think of minimalism in urban design, we often picture clean lines, uncluttered surfaces, and a reduction to essential elements. Our most minimalist offering in outdoor furniture is the “Line,” a wall-mounted bench designed for narrow sidewalks, transit stops, and small plazas. The seat itself is a single brushed stainless steel sheet, folded into a subtle U-shape with no visible bolts or joints. Its surface is treated with a micro-texture to prevent slipping and heat absorption. Each end tapers to a mere 8mm thickness, creating an illusion of floating. The supporting bracket is hidden behind the seat, maintaining a zero-footprint profile. For comfort, a thin strip of weather-resistant teak is inlaid along the sitting surface—the only organic element in an otherwise all-metal composition. Weighing only 15 kilograms, the “Line” can be installed by one person with four concealed anchors. Its color is natural steel grey, designed to patina over time or be powder-coated in any RAL shade. This bench is not just a place to sit; it’s a spatial gesture that says less is truly more. Available in two lengths: 120cm and 180cm.
