30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The furniture must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from any damage or customization.
Free Pickup & Full Refund
We offer free pickup for items over 50 lbs. Once we receive and inspect the furniture, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For items under 50 lbs, simply repackage and ship them back using our prepaid return label.
Returns for “Look and Feel”
If the color, texture, or overall style doesn’t match your patio vision—even if the measurements are correct—you’re fully covered. We don’t charge any restocking fees for returns based on aesthetic preference.
Exclusions & Tips
Custom-sized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless defective. To avoid return hassles, we recommend using our free “Patio Fit Tool” on your product page: just enter your patio dimensions and see a 3D preview of the furniture in your space before buying.
