Within 30 days of delivery, you may initiate a return if the furniture does not meet your expectations in terms of size, layout, or fit. Simply contact our customer support team, and we will arrange a free pickup and full refund of the purchase price (excluding any custom shipping fees, if applicable). The furniture must be in its original condition, unassembled or lightly used, and in the original packaging whenever possible.
For larger urban outdoor sets—such as modular sofas, dining tables, or corner lounges—we recommend double-checking your space measurements before ordering. If you do need to return, we will coordinate a scheduled pick-up within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
Please note that clearance items, custom upholstery, or specially ordered finishes are not eligible for returns. However, for any other standard outdoor furniture, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied.
