Our warranty is divided into two main categories: structural integrity and surface finish. For structural components like frames, legs, and joints, we provide a 5-year warranty against corrosion, rust-through, and breakage caused by normal weather exposure, including rain, snow, and sun. This covers the frame's ability to remain stable and functional under standard outdoor conditions.
For surface finishes such as powder coating, paint, and UV-resistant fabrics, we offer a 3-year warranty against peeling, cracking, or excessive fading due to direct sunlight or moisture. Note that warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, extreme weather events like hurricanes or tornadoes, or intentional misuse. Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or patina on aluminum, is also excluded.
To maintain warranty validity, we recommend using furniture covers during heavy storms or storing cushions indoors when not in use. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of noticing the damage, along with proof of purchase and photos. If a claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
