First, prioritize weighted bases. Replace lightweight aluminum legs with furniture that has built-in sandbags or heavy stainless-steel stands. For existing pieces, use detachable furniture weights—such as snap-on leg weights or heavy-duty sandbags that wrap around the base. They add mass without damaging the furniture.
