The item must be in its original condition—unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To start the process, simply contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
